PHP.ini goes in the windows directory.....I am running 2003 and my system
directory is named windows (not windows nt) and you need the .dll file (I
did the manual install) in the windows system 32 directory.....if you are
having trouble, delete it all (except php.ini and start from there....it's
what I did and it works!
