I am running Apache on Port 8080. I put the php.ini file in the Windows
directory and the php4apache2.dll file in the System32 directory. I am not
sure how to display phpinfo.

Are you running IIS.? You can't run both Apache and IIS on port 80. Did you
put php.ini in the Windows directory and php4apache in \windows\system32?
Can you display phpinfo?
