I guess that "\folderE\folderF\myFile2.php" is just an example, not the
real path? Does
echo "\folderE\folderF\myFile2.php";
with the real path work? You should either use single quotes or escape
the backslashes:
include('\folderE\folderF\myFile2.php');
include("\\folderE\\folderF\\myFile2.php");
