I CANT LOAD PHP MODULE IN APACHE!

HELLO THERE I have windows xp profesional and i have downloaded MYSQ-4.0.18-win,APACHE_2.0.49-win32-x86-no_ssl and PHP-4.3.6-Win32.I have install mysql and apache in my computer and they run well.I follow all the instaliation tips for php manual install in windows (apache) and when i try to test php(rynning)in my web browser (http://localhost/info.php)i get a blanck page http404 not found. WHAT IS THE PROBLEM; I copy the php.ini file in the system root (c:/windows and c:/windows/system32) i also copy that file into (c:/programsfiles/apachegroup/apache2/) I copy the php4ts.dll int (c:/windows/system32) and i do the same with the others dlls file like dll on (c:/php/dll),(c:/php/extenctions/) Finally i add int httpd.conf file of apache the following: LoadModule php4_module c:/php/sapi/php4apache2.dll AddType application/x-httpd-php .php I also realase that if i add the line: AddModule mod_php4.c my apache server dont start.
