php4.0.4+IIS5+W2K+Interbase = error loading php_interbase.dll !

I just installed php4 a system running W2K and IIS 5.0 ..
PHP works fine until I try and load an extension (PHP_INTERBASE.DLL).
Interbase server work ok and I build database for test with php !
I get an warning message:
"Unable to load 'c:\php\php_interbase.dll'"
But php_dbase.dll is loaded and is located in same folder !!!
In the PHP.INI file, I've got my extension directory set to: c:\php\extensions\
What can I do ?
