Hello,
If I write into my page.php :
$handle = fopen( 'http://www.myhost.org/' , 'r' );
fopen return SUCCES.
If I write into my page.php :
$handle = fopen( 'http://www.otherhost.org/' , 'r' );
fopen return ECHEC whith Error :
failed to open stream: Connection refused in [...]
I think which I must modify "php_admin_value open_basedir" but I don't know that.
Do you know syntax for URL into "php_admin_value open_basedir" ?
