Compiling PHP-5.0.0 with Apache2

Right at now I'm running PHP-4.3.7 under RedHat Linux 9 with Apache2. I've tried to compile the new version with the same options a PHPinfo() gives me, but it fails:
the ./configure with a mass of options runs without any problems
the make runs, too!
the make test gives the following messages:
