PHP4.0.4 built 20001210 and Oracle OCI8 and WinNT4 SP5

Hello,
I am using PHP3 as CGI with Netscape Enterprise Server with Oracle OCI8, everything is working well.
I have installed on the same machine PHP4 as CGI under the same Netscape Server .
When I launch a simple file with <?echo ("It is working"); ?> everything works
When I launch long php scripts without oracle connexion everything works
When I launch php scripts (that worked with PHP3) with oracle connexion, I get the following Oracle
error in the browser window :
Warning: _oci_open_server: ORA-12154: TNS:could not resolve service name in
d:/iaurif80/dev/test/index.ph4 on line 4
From the SQL+ (Oracle 8 SQL+ client) I can connect with the same connexion informations as in the
script
The database I want to connect to is 7.x.x
Why? any ideas?
