This is my first post to this list - but I've spent all morning looking
over the list archives and haven't found a solution to my problem.
I have IIS 5 running on windows 2000 server and I need to get php5 up.
I wanted to run it using ISAPI instead of the CGI .exe approach (aiming
for best security and performance - which would be the ISAPI approach,
right?)
I've followed all the install instructions carefully and currently have
it set up this way.
C:\php has php and the .ini file. Both environmental variables PATH and
PHPRC environmental variables as described:
http://us2.php.net/manual/en/faq.installation.php#faq.installation.addto
path
IIS is up and running and will serve pages correctly, *except* .php
pages which it gives me a 404 error. As in a prior post in this list, I
named a file: "file.htm" and it came up, then named the *same* file
"file.php" and 404 error.
I've set all the files I can think of (C:\php, files being red by IIS)
to full access - so unless I forgot something, permissions don't seem to
be the problem.
Any help or direction would be very much appreciated,
thanks!
Sean
