4.3.10 cannot find php4apache.dll

Hi all. Just upgraded from 4.3.8 to 4.3.10 under Apache 1.3.31 running on Windows XP (locally for testing). Had no problems in the prior version, but after installing 4.3.10, when i try to restart the Apache service, i get the following error message in the Application log: "...Cannot load c:/apache13/php/sapi/php4apache.dll into server: (126) The specified module could not be found..." That dll file definitely exists in that location. I am able to prevent this issue from occurring by replacing the newly-installed php4apache.dll with the same file from the old version, but i am wondering if i am making a lot of trouble for myself. Should i be asking here or at apache.org? Jerry
