Problem installation PHP for NT 4.0 and IIS

I tried to install PHP 4.0 in my personal computer with Windows NT 4.0 and IIS 4.0 following the
file read-me.
When it went inform in ISA Filters the file c:\php\php4isapi.dll and I clicked in Apply I received a
mistake message and my server WWW was without working.
Also when I ask for the browse, he doesn't show me the dlls of PHP, like this being necessary
to type the road where her this.
Where this the problem? How to solve?
