Re: still without-mysql after yum install php-mysql

There has to be a way to get PHP to know when other modules were installed without recompiling, especially since I don't have the source files to recompile. Or is there a way to recompile with yum? I just signed up for this list: I installed a new CentOS server that didn't include php-mysql or php-pear, so I installed both of those using yum. But php -i or phpinfo() still doesn't think mysql or pear are installed. How can I fix this without re-compiling by source?
