I did some more gdb checking and see that the
#if HAVE_SRAND48
is true. When I manually change the main/php_config.h file
to define this as:
#define HAVE_SRAND48 0
the problem goes away and all is well. I guess the configure
script got this wrong. Can anyone confirm this?
