Hello,
I recently upgraded my Apapche to Apache 1.3.17 and PHP (3) to 4. I am using a Suse Linux 6.4
distribution.
The web server seems to be running okei, except for these 2 problems that I am facing.
1. My HTTPD Does not seem to startup automatically when the Linux Machine Boots. (The entry
START_HTTPD=yes has been set correctly). The web files are within /usr/local/apache/httpd. I copied
the httpd from the bin directory to sbin. (the old httpd was replaced by the new one, the old httpd
was in /usr/sbin/httpd)
2. I have a small directory called testphp which contains a small code with phpinfo(). When I try to
access the code I get a dialog box which asks me to save the file. (This happens when the Web Server
does not know what to do with a PHP).
Note : I start the web server using the command apache start
