Pspell/PHP

Hello, I have just installed Pspell for the first time which seemed to go smoothly, but now when trying to re-install php with the --with-pspell i get the following debug log but Im afraid Im totaly unsure about how to fix it/what is wrong, if it is my php or pspell install that is to blame.
