It just fails to compile every time. The following is the error message:

Checking for DOM default path... not found
configure: error: Please reinstall the libxml >= 2.2.7 distribution

I have libxml 1.8.11 and libxml2 2.3.8 installed on Mandrake 8.0.
Any suggestions?
