problem installing PHP and UCD SNMP

Hi, I have been trying to configure PHP 4.06 with support for UCD SNMP but I did not get it to work. When I try to run "'./configure' '--with-mysql' '--with-apxs' '--with-snmp=/usr/local' '--enable-track-vars' '--enable-ucd-snmp-hack'" I get the following error message.
