Hello php-install,
PHP 4.0.3/4.0.3pl1 Installing and Compiling Failed on SCO OpenServer 5.0.4,
but PHP 4.0.2 built success using SCO cc(not gcc) in same install steps.
Installation Messages:
1. Installation Environments
OS : SCO OpenServer 5.0.4
DB : Informix-ESQL/C 7.2x
Apache: 1.3.12(or 1.3.14)
PHP : 4.0.3
2. Install Steps
# INFORMIXDIR=/usr/informix
# export INFORMIXDIR
# PATH=$PATH:/usr/informix/bin
# export PATH
# cd /usr
# tar xvf /tmp/apache1.3.12
# tar xvf /tmp/php4.0.3
# cd /usr/apache_1.3.12
# ./configure --prefix=/www
# cd /usr/php-4.0.3
# ./configure --prefix=/usr --without-mysql --with-informix=/usr/informix
--with-apache=/usr/apache_1.3.12 --with-exec-dir=/usr/bin --enable-track-vars
# make
# cd /usr/apache_1.3.12/src/modules
# rm -rf php4
# cd /usr/php-4.0.3
# make install
# cd /usr/apache_1.3.12
# ./configure --prefix=/www --activate-module=src/modules/php4/libphp4.a
# cd /usr/apache_1.3.12
# make
# make install
