Oracle 8i and Apache 1.3.14 on AIX 4.3.2

I am having a problem setting up the initial PHP installation on AIX 4.3.2 with the IBM Native Compiler. I need to use Oracle 8.1.6. Here is my debug.log from the PHP installation. PHP is 4.0.3pl1.
