I have managed to figure this out. For those of you that run into this problem I thought that I would document the solution for you. table_get is the old version of ap_table_get which is an Apache function. Because I still need to use a few of the older components it becomes necessary to build a "bridge" between the versions. Fortunately, this has already been provided by the wonderful folks developing Apache. The answer is to include the ap_compat.h file which simply defines table_get (and others) as ap_table_get. I hope that this helps somebody. Or maybe this was obvious and I am just a slow nut. Regards.
