Installing php on win2K with ISS

I have tried to install php using the 4.0.6 installer. First time I tried it
.. no problem configured my webserver and I was off and running. I have
since reinstalled the OS (still win2K) but when I try to use the installer
it complains about having a missing ocx control on my system and therefore
can't configure the server. Any ideas what this could be about - I'd rather
not have to configure the web server manually (again).
