Problem with question mark !

I have just installed the PHP4.0.6 and apache 1.3.20
With the appropriate configuration. I tried a test file
With http://MARIOS/crypto/admin/test.php3?t=1978
And I got just a blank page with t=
And nothing else.
The test.php3 file contains:
