Kenny,
java.library.path should point to the directories that contain
the shared objects for the JVM (e.g /opt/jdk118/jre/bin:
/opt/jdk118/jre/bin/classic).
Likewise java.library should be the name of the JVM shared
object (e.g. libjava.so or libjvm.so, I can't recall what it is on
that jdk).
Alternatively, you can set this up using the environment
variable LD_LIBRARY_PATH.
