I'm having trouble (restart is always slow an sometimes fails) when
restarting Apache since I upgraded to PHP 4.1.2. I'm not sure it's PHP, but
it seems like it started happening after the upgrade. I wonder if one of
the config options is not working, so PHP tries for a while then times out.
This may be more a an Apache question, but I'm hoping someone here can shed
some light, like where I might look for logs to tell me what is causing the
slowdown, etc.
I'm on Sun OS 5.6, UltraSparc hardware, with Stronghold 3 and MySQL.
Thanks in advance,
Peter Janett
