When PHP is built as an Apache DSO (Dynamic Shared Object) it just
consists of a single file: libphp4.so
In order to upgrade you simply compile a new libphp4.so, stop your server,
"make install" to get the new libphp4.so copied into place and restart
your server. That's all there is to it.
