PHP stopped parsing, text only display

I had the stupid thing working just fine. Rebooted after the keyboard
stopped responding (!?) & now php isn't being recognized. Like I said, it
*was* working & none of the ini files were changed but now I only get the
text display of the phpinfo() test page & my php form does all sorts of
bizarre things. Typing PHP -v & PHP -i in the cli yields the correct
results, so it must be config issue with the server.
Apache: 1.3.24 (module install)
PHP: 4.2.1
OS: Windows 2000 Pro (SR-2)
I've gone over the iniis a dozen times & haven't seen anything (I CnPed the
lines from thickbook.com). Thanx in advance to any suggestions (knowing my
luck, Apache is gone haywire...)
