make *** [all-recursive] Error 1

Greetings! I'm trying to compile PHP 4.2.1 to use it with Apache 2.0.39 and mySQL. Here's my ./configure linux:/usr/local/php-4.2.1 # ./configure --prefix=/usr/local/php-4.2.1 --with-config-file-path=/usr/local/php-4.2.1 --with-apxs2=/usr/local/Apache-2.0.39/bin/apxs --enable-track-vars --enable-magic-quotes --enable-debugger and it configures ok.
