I'm building php 4.2.2 to run with (the web server formerly known as) iPlanet.
I found the directions at http://www.php.net/manual/en/install.netscape-enterprise.php
aka .../sapi/nsapi/nsapi-readme.txt
Neither prepared me for this:

Shouldn't nsapi.h be part of the distribution? Is it something I need to get from elsewhere?
