Klaus, The ODBCINI envrionment variable isn't set to the /path/to/openlink/bin/odbc.ini or there are permission problems on that file (either group read, or the user you started apache on cannot see it). The error indicates that the driver manager (libiodbc) cannot find the odbc.ini file. Verify that the env is set properly - the openlink.sh variables should all be applied: 1. before you start oplrqb (server side, not needed on client) 2. before you start apache then: putenv("ODBCINI=/path/to/openlink/bin/odbc.ini"); putenv("ODBCINSTINI=/path/to/openlink/bin/odbcinst.ini"); putenv("LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/path/to/openlink/lib/and/any/needed/database/lib/di rectory"); echo these in your script to verify. If they are set properly then it's permissions on your openlink stuff. Hope this helps.
