problem with configuration of php on Xitami

While trying to open php-file on Internet explorer, I see:
"Fatal error: Unable to open 'C:\Program Files\Xitami\webpages\'/ in - =
on
line 0
No input file specified. "
(no matter if I give a path with or without quotas
These are lines I changed in php.ini:
php-install-dir =3D C:\php3\
doc_root =3D 'C:\Program Files\Xitami\webpages\'
extension_dir =3D C:\php3\ )
What,s wrong?
