I have success. Simply have these two lines in Your php.ini ;extension=php_gd.dll extension=php_gd2.dll be sure, You have both (or only php_gd2.dll) in Your extension directory and You should be OK. After restarting web server. I am using 4.3.0dev binary distribution downloaded from http://snaps.php.net/win32. I have MS Windows NT 5.1 (XP) EN, but this should be the same as MS Windows ME.
