I've compiled php as an apache module plenty of times. I'm trying
to use PHP as a CGI version under Oracle Application Server 4.0.8.2. I can
sucessfully run csh, sh cgi's. For some strange reason the php cgi doesn't
work. I get no output. I'm trying to run it with as
#!/usr/local/bin/php
It appears to be a PHP configuration/compilation issue.
The following script produces no output from PHP on the webserver. If I run
it manually everything works fine (i see both the sh and php output). I'm
running under same uid/gid as webserver and it works. I can only assume
that PHP refuses to run. What did i miss?
#!/bin/sh
echo 'Content-type: text/html\n\n'
echo '<html>'
echo '<head><title>Loading</title></head>'
echo '<body>'
/usr/local/bin/php test1.cgi
echo '<H4>Hello World</H4><center>'
echo '</body>'
echo '</html>'
