Segmentation Fault

Hi, I tried to install PHP 4.0.3pl1 as a DSO on Apache, and I did the installation process like the INSTALL file told me to (every exact step), but I keep getting "Line 171 : error 9632 Segmentation Fault ....." error message everytime I tried to run Apache (apachectl start). I checked the httpd.conf line 171, which is : # LoadModule mod_reference... I tried to uncomment it, comment it again, comment the AddModule reference_module ... but still getting the same error message everytime. Does anyone know what went wrong ?
