Zend Server install problem

Hi.
I want to try the Zend Server, but at the last step of installation I become
an error message:
"Error with running php script 'check_apache_so.php' with arguments:
"C:\Program Files\Apache Group\Apache2\Apache.exe"
Error was: Bad exit code from C:\Program Files\Apache
Group\Apache2\Apache.exe.
What can I do?
I use Windows XP, Apache 2.0.40 and a PHP 4.2.2.
