pear problem while configuring 4.0.3pl1

Hello, I have this message while configuring : creating pear/pear rm: pear/pear: is a directory ./config.status: is a directory: pear/pear [300] So I checked the PHP directory and found that in the pear directory there is a PEAR directory that contains a file called Installer.php So I think that when the configure tries to write the pear file, it can't because it already exists But I can't find any solution... thanx by advance for your help -- Pierre PROST Mac/PC network Tech "Think at all..."
