Installing php from source under Windows is much harder than just
downloading the binaries.
Your best bet is to go to www.php.net/downloads and get either the windows
installer or the binary zip file.
The installer does all the work for you if you want to use the cgi version
of php, but doesn't install any external extensions.
The zip contains a wide range of extensions and includes the isapi module as
well as the cgi.
Cheers
