Checking .dsp build, following note: Even though I configure with non-TS, in .dsw project listed in php5ts.dsp. Funny thing is that this file is not generated, though php5.dsp is.
Another note: README says the name generated is /win32/phpdll[ts].dsw Also, for some reason DSP generated for ext/intl is really weird - it has only root and collator/ files, and the latter aren't in collator folder but in the main folder.
