TS implementation of crypt() for windows

HI! Please find a new implementation of the crypt function for windows. The current code is not thread safe and suffer from a security issue since too long (we count in years now :P). Here is the patch: http://pierre.libgd.org/patches/crypt_r_win32.patch.txt It uses the CryptoAPI for the MD5 version and a classic crypt_r implementation for DES to keep BC. I would have liked to use the cryptoAPI as well but the crypt's DES is not standard.
