Hi,
on a brand new installed Win7 x64 Home Premium and a XP Pro SP3
Following the https://wiki.php.net/internals/windows/stepbystepbuild
buildconf script fails: CSCRIPT is not recognized internal or external command
The reason is that "setenv /x86 /xp /release" makes
C:\Windows\System32 disapear from the %PATH% Variable.
This could easiely be fixed in the bin\phpsdk_setvars.bat
line 9
Replace
SET PATH=%PATH%;%PHP_SDK_BIN_PATH%;%PHP_SDK_SCRIPT_PATH%;D:\apps\svn\bin
with
SET PATH=%PATH%;%PHP_SDK_BIN_PATH%;%PHP_SDK_SCRIPT_PATH%;C:\Windows\System32
That would also be kill the D:\apps\svn\bin which I assume most people
don't have in their system.
