On what mailing list? The only discussion I found about it
(on php-dev) didn't have any agreement on it being on or off.
Anyway, having this ini option at all is questionable.
It would be much much better to not have it at all, and
get rid of the long array names altogether.
Now it only adds in the confusion stack.
