I don’t think the RFC should include a link to the poll. This makes the poll an official artifact
of the PHP project.
I do think you should link to the poll in the discussion thread for the RFC on internals. This way,
voters can use it as information to inform their decision. RFC authors can also take the information
into account to discuss certain topics in an RFC they may have overlooked or left out.
