Hi All,
I tried to apply for a CVS account in the URL given below.
But I got a following warning message.
Can someone look in to this?
Warning: fsockopen(): php_hostconnect: connect failed in
/local/Web/sites/phpweb/include/posttohost.inc on line 29
Warning: fsockopen(): unable to connect to master.php.net:80 in
/local/Web/sites/phpweb/include/posttohost.inc on line 29
An error occured when trying to create the account: failed to open
socket to master.php.net.
