1. Replies won't show up on list if they aren't sent to internals@lists.php..net
2. I consider the name DateTimeImmutable a mistake (but one that isn't worth fixing).
If it was done from scratch I believe ImmutableDateTime would make more sense with the adjective
first, then the noun.
