How is the current PHP 4.3 Win32 variant getting built?

Have some time to track down a persistent PHP crash I'm seeing on Win32, so
grabbed the current sources from CVS.
I'm assuming the current PHP 4.3.x Win32 version is built off a checkout of
the "php4" module, the "PHP_4_3" tag, and from the workspace
"php4/win32/php4ts.dsw". Is this correct?
