I think this is a good approach to add the URL functionality to PHP 8.2 with a fairly simple CurlUrl
object, just like CurlFile. This would allow developers to avoid the parsing vulnerability issues
(as in, using two different libraries that can parse a URL in different ways)... then the completely
new, and fully OOP version, would be done at a later date, after a lot more discussion / planning.
