Hi,
Adding a
str_increment(...) function that roughly replicates the current behaviour of
++$x for non-numeric strings, is necessary and sufficient in order to have a simple and
clear path forward for those that use the feature, thanks. (On the other hand, a
str_decrement(...) equivalent is not useful for the scope of this RFC.)
