Updating the RFC list page

RFC authors,
I just noticed that the PHP 8.3 "PDO driver specific sub-classes" RFC is still listed as "in voting". The "Deprecate functions with overloaded signatures" RFC is still listed as "pending implementation". As far as I can see, both have been accepted/merged and can be moved to "Implemented/PHP 8.3" (and updated with links to the implementation PRs/commits).
There may be more RFCs which may need to be moved to different sections on the page and/or get a status update.
May I ask the RFC authors to do so in the run up to PHP 8.3-RC ?
