Hello,
I'm Bilal Gultekin (wiki username: bilal). I have almost 20 years of PHP
experience. I'd like to follow up on proposed RFCs, comment on them, and
maybe create one myself.
I'm from Istanbul, Turkey. You can check out my GitHub (
https://github.com/bgultekin) and LinkedIn (
https://www.linkedin.com/in/bilalgultekin/)
profiles.
Thanks!
