Another thing I just realized. IF we have an in-core HTTP client we intend for end-users to use (as
opposed to just a less-sucky Curl that only Guzzle and Symfony to use), it needs to have a defined
interface to go along with it so that people can mock it for testing purposes. I would consider
this a hard requirement for any "user facing" HTTP client.
