The context for XMLReader & XMLWriter is also a bit different.
"create" is not in the name because you're not actually creating anything yet,
you're reading/writing from a string, from a stream, ...
Hence it's read as "XML Writer From String", etc. Whereas for Dom\*, it's
actually creating the document already.
